What: So Rhel wants to get all the information folks may have learned written down! Come help?

[Rhel can only hope that other people are of the same mind when it comes to gathering information. She doesn't know much about this place, she doubts other people know all that much about this place, and the more information they can get and make accessible the better.

So she asks Minato for help and tells the people she recognizes what the plan is and on the eighth of the month she settles down for a day-long info gathering fest.

She's quite pleased with the rather pretty journal and pencil she managed to find, too.]

OOC: Like it says in the explanation, Rhel wants to get all the information everyone's been gathering piecemeal and write it down! Feel free to threadjack if everyone's okay with it, I just play a nerd who'd do this sorta thing.

That...hm. Perhaps not a "keeper", just someone who knows what to look out for? Threats are worrisome, yes, but you can threaten to do most anything and it isn't actually a concern unless you start to make good on them.
