The nightmare is finally over and the aftermath sinks in. Wherever you are, news will eventually spread that the pokemon stopped their rampaging status, looking confused and some horrified by what had happened around them. Mari's Steelixes are finally off their guard duty, people are crying out of various emotions and people who are physically well enough flood out of the shelters in an attempt to search for their loved ones out there, whether they be people or pokemon. Some are reunited, some are not. Either way, people are in this together, comforting others over their losses and rebuilding the city. There's been quite a lot of destruction apart from the Pokemon Center and the hospital, after all. Some buildings are missing a roof, holes on the side wall, doors knocked down... some are unfortunate to have been entirely blasted away by an extremely strong rampaging pokemon's hyper beam (thanks, random Hydreigon).

After most people calm from their initial high emotions, the reconstruction starts. Of course, they also contact the people from Toran who helped with reconstruction efforts. Looks like the handymen will never rest...

The Pokemon Center is looking for additional manpower, getting pokeballs here to there, labeling whose pokemon are whose in things looking like incubators for those in queue of getting healed, and managing supplies. They are extremely short-staffed right now, so they will be looking for any help possible. Though, if you cause too much trouble than helping, you may be politely asked to leave or to help somewhere else. They don't have time for this. During the nights, the Pokemon Center may be crowded. After all, many people just lost their homes. They got nowhere to go.

The hospital is similar, in which they are also short-staffed. They're looking for disaster volunteers, and especially pokemon with healing capabilities to lessen the load on doctors and nurses who need to care for the more gravely wounded. With more help, the hospital will no longer seem as chaotic as before, but more along the lines of an orderly busy time. It helps that the people are no longer stuck inside due to the ongoings of the events outside, so the hospital is emptier than before, compared to when it was jam packed. The mental health department is also using Drowzees and Munnas to give people good dreams and eating nightmares without repercussions so that they can have a good night's rest. Not all wounds are physical, after all.

With the local Mart's help and other establishments, some people band together to supply people with food and drinks in a very open area in the park. Take a breather and eat something. If you look like you're running yourself ragged, one of the townspeople will drag you to eat and drink a proper meal. They don't need another patient in the hospital right now.

Remember that boba shop? Or those restaurants that you had the delicious meat from? Their damages vary from a broken window to being absolutely trashed. Pokemon and people alike are helping with moving the debris and cleaning up the mess. Someone piped up about recycling broken glass to make brand new windows with fire pokemon and proper glass making methods, so please don't throw them away!

The Radio Tower and the cemetery tower? They're both closed off to the public right now with yellow police caution tapes all around them. Your friendly policemen who all look the same advise nearby people to stay away from the two buildings at the moment. Please don't cause trouble or ask them questions... they're tired as it is like everyone else and they're not allowed to say anything for now, if ever. Your energy is better used elsewhere.

[Hythlo definitely has no qualms about dancing along! As usual, he doesn't understand what the heck the song is about, but he's forming that opinion that most songs in this world are meaningless and designed more for childlike enjoyment than anything else.

More importantly, though, Hythlo is in on the "make Hien dance" agenda. He's also going to try and drag Hien into it, quite literally, tugging on his non-injured arm for him to join them.]

He's here anyway, and just stares at the other two dance first, because there's no way you're going to make him even though he's here... is what he thinks. Please grab his sides. ]

[ Fai's not going to grab his side... he's going to pinch his side instead, as punishment for not dancing. ]

Come on, Hien! Don't you want to dance with us?

[ Look at how much fun he and Hythlo are having!! ]

[Hythlo likes to take the more direct approach, so he's going to grab Hien's non-injured arm again to try and make him at least do the cutesy nico-nico-nii style gestures.]

You were the one to invite us, after all!

[ Hien almost lets out a startled noise when Fai pinches his side. This is not the kind of dancing he enjoys!! Due to Hythlo's "aid", he does do the nico-nico-nii gesture and he sighs. They win, and he finally follows along to the dance like they are. He's so glad he's wearing a mask right now.

Pon pon wei wei wei. ]

[ Victory! Fai's smile grows more genuinely amused as he watches Hien dance. ]

Ah, I see why you didn't want to dance now! You didn't want to make us feel inferior.

[ Yes, he's going to try to embarrass Hien in any way he can. ]

[Hythlo is right in on that.]

Indeed! Hien is quite the master at dancing. Why, he offered to teach me, as well! Mayhap he would extend you the same courtesy, Fai?

[ Hien is actually no longer here. There's only his cloak he left behind because he can't deal with both of you right now.

[ Fai is immediately scooping up that cloak. His now. ]

Hien is such a terrible host! To think he wouldn't like to have the honor of teaching me to dance...

[ He actually already knows how to dance. ]

[Hythlo laughs.]

Now, now, I believe he's just shy! 'Twas with some reluctance he agreed to tutor me, after all, so mayhap 'tis simply overwhelming for him to have not one, but two students.

[He comes closer to pick up the edge of the cloak in Fai's hands and fan it out.]

More importantly... I've always wanted to do this! I wonder if the magick works if 'tis not Hien using it?

[He's... going to touch the inside of the cloak in hopes of sticking his hand into the hammerspace.]

[ Hythlo's hand is getting bitten.

By what? Who knows. By the time Hythlo withdraws his hand (if he chooses to), it'll let go so he can't see into the hammerspace void. ]

Hmmm... you might be right! He has a tendency to get pretty shy.

[ He laughs, holding open the cloak to make it easier for Hythlo to reach in. ]

Did you find anything?

[Hythlo makes an "ouch" noise through his laughter as he pulls his hand out.]

I think he may be back to his canine form. Would you like to try? You are shorter than me, so I believe you would have an easier time stepping inside.

[Hien is a fool for thinking he can escape them in his emo void cloak.]

[ Hien is pretty sure he warned both of them about the hammerspace... Though if Fai actually tries, he'll get a fly swatter to the face for his efforts. If Hythlo tries to interfere, he'll get a rolling pin tossed at his forehead. ]

[ He does stick his head in because it's just for a moment so he should be fine. Also he has no sense of self preservation.

Immediately, Fai takes his head out. ]

He hit me with a fly swatter.

[Since this is now an anime episode, Hythlo just responds with an overexaggerated "eeeeeh?".]

How cruel! I wonder what it was we could have done to anger him so? Let me try to speak with him.

[He's going to take it a step further and poke his entire torso in. Hi, Hien!]

[ Here comes that rolling pin.

It's gonna be a loud smack--but don't worry. It's plastic. ]

Ouch!

[Hythlo flails his arm from the impact and trying to keep his balance, being stuck halfway between dimensions. It's harder than it looks. The pin knocks off his mask, as well, and Hythlo finds himself wondering what will happen to it next. Does gravity exist here at all?

He refuses to get back, though, and just rubs his forehead, pouting at Hien.]

Come now, Hien! Is that any way to treat your friends? What are we supposed to do without our host?

[ Fai just stands by, holding up the cloak. ]

Are you alright in there?

[ He's wondering if he needs to do a recon mission. ]

[ The mask is just floating in the void, but there's no need to worry about it, since Hien picks it up and sticks it back over Hythlo's face. Then he grabs onto Hythlo's collar and whoosh--Hien hops out of the cloak and lands on his feet. Also, this cloak is his. Thank you. He'll attempt to take it back from Fai. ]

Fai doesn't need any teaching and you two-- [ He picks up Hythlo so that he can stand up straight. ] --are really too much.

[ He has his arms crossed, looking slightly annoyed--or at least, that's what his body language is conveying. ]

[Hythlo just laughs as he fixes his mask back in place properly.]

But you invited us, Hien! And I believe you would only be happy to dance with Fai, no?

[ He reluctantly gives the cloak back. He was planning on wearing it, but fine. ]

You're right that I don't need teaching but... you should at least dance with me!

[ Fai's just joking for the most part, though, smiling at the two of them. ]

[ Ugh. He would. Hythlo is right and Fai joking like that just makes him want to avoid this altogether. He shoves the song picking machine at Hythlo. ]

[Hien, you literally chose to do this with the two of them. Presumably to avoid Hythlo telling Fai about the Sex Songs.

Hythlo hums contentedly as he looks through the list... Oh, this one looks promising!]

Ah, Nanami-chan told me what this means! Video games!

[ Fai actually has no idea what a joystick is so he'll just take Hythlo's word for it for now. He sits back down now, content to just watch this one. ]
